Abiqua Drinking Gourd Hosta - 1 Gallon Container
Abiqua Drinking Gourd Hosta - 1 Gallon Container
The Abiqua Drinking Gourd Hosta has very thick, deeply cupped and heavily corrugated (puckered) leaves that are nearly round. The color is an attractive powder blue-green that can turn more blue in deep shade or greener in warmer weather. The leaves are so deeply cupped, they look like small bowls, which allows them to collect and hold rainwater—a trait that inspired its name. Near-white to pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers bloom on scapes held just above the foliage in mid-summer.
