Stained Glass Hosta - 1 Gallon Container
Stained Glass Hosta - 1 Gallon Container
The foliage is large, broad, slightly wavy and somewhat cupped. They are glossy and thick, which helps with slug resistance. The center emerges chartreuse in spring and matures to a brilliant, translucent gold-yellow that almost glows, resembling stained glass when backlit by the sun. This is framed by a darker, deep green margin. The gold color is brightest when given some sun. It produces large, highly fragrant, pale lavender, bell-shaped flowers on tall stalks. The scent is sweet and intense, similar to jasmine or gardenia, adding a wonderful sensory element.
