The leaves of this shrub are dark green, glossy and elliptic with a slightly wrinkled texture. It produces flat-topped clusters of creamy white flowers that bloom from pinkish buds and offer a light, pleasant fragrance. It has a multi-stemmed, upright-mounded shape. Because it grows quite quickly, it is an excellent choice for a "living fence" or a privacy screen.
