Dynamite Crape Myrtle
Dynamite Crape Myrtle
The most striking feature of Dynamite is its large clusters (panicles) of true, fiery red flowers. These crinkled, crepe-paper-like blooms are showy and appear in profusion from mid-summer and continue into the fall, sometimes even through the first frost. This provides a long season of intense color when many other plants have finished blooming. The leaves are a rich, glossy green during the growing season. In the fall, they transform into beautiful shades of orange and red, adding significant seasonal interest to the garden.
