Unlike variegated types, Ivory Tower features solid bluish-green to deep green leaves. The foliage is stiff and sword-like, forming a dense, symmetrical rosette that stays attractive year-round. This variety is famous for its massive flower spikes. In mid-to-late summer, it produces a towering stalk that can reach 5 to 6 feet in height. The stalk is heavily loaded with large, pendulous, creamy white bells.
